Tyler C looking like a stud, showing off that strong overhead position! Tyler has been consistent in training, attitude and effort since day one. He’s friendly and personable, and always seems to be surrounded by friends. He works hard and pushes his limits, which is probably why he’s a well-rounded athlete with a laundry list of achievements in the fitness world. He shows up with a smile, exchanges some friendly banter, tackles the WOD, and then he’s headed out the door smiling like he was when he arrived. A great person who adds a lot to any class he attends. Keep after it, Tyler! 😄

Nice shot of Tyler looking like beast! He’s an early riser that gets work done. Tyler comes to work hard but he’s always got a smile, a friendly word, and a laugh. He’s a solid guy that treats everyone around him with kindness and respect. He’s also one of the more well rounded athletes in the gym. There isn’t much Tyler can’t do. He’s done it all and he’s got the skills to prove it. Always enjoy class with Tyler in it and watching him throw down and share some laughs. Show up to show out dude!

Tyler! Look at that lock out and focus! He was moving out with those DBs! Awesome part of the 6am class and always has a smile and friendly word even though most people aren't even awake yet. Always holds standard and fights his way through every single WOD. It's been fun watching this guy get stronger and faster week by week. Awesome athlete and great person!
