Strong! Paula looking fierce as she climbs that rope. She’s got one of the best engines in the gym but she’s worked very hard to improve her gymnastics skills and overall strength. She’s climbing ropes, got butterfly pull ups, bar muscle ups, and so much more. Paula is quiet and determined in all that she does. It’s always a race with Paula and the rest of us are lagging behind. You rock Paula…keep it up 😊

Oh man! These pictures really capture what makes Paula such an impressive athlete and fierce competitor. She’s got strength, skills and an incredible engine. But even more than all that, she’s full grit, fight and determination. Paula goes hard and gives 100% no matter what the WOD. She can do it all and is almost always leading the pack. And to top it off, she’s as friendly and kind as can be, with a beautiful smile and a great attitude. Doesn’t get much better than that! Keep leading the way, Paula 😊

Paula! I love the determination and grit in these pictures! This woman is TOUGH! She can go to the pain cave and stay there. She is a well skilled athlete that has an engine like no other. Paula quietly enters the gym, always has a kind smile and then just as quietly destroys the WOD and everyone around her! It's always fun to watch this woman throw down.
