WOD: A. Bench Press: 7 - 5 - 2-3 - 1-2 - 1-2 E2:30MOM B. 11 minute AMRAP of: 10 HSPU or 3 wall walks RX+ 4"/2" deficit HSPU (55 and over 4" rise or 2 wall walks) 10 deadlifts 185/125 RX+ 225/155 (55 and over 155/105) 50 double unders "FINISHER" Exactly 1 minute after AMRAP complete 1 attempt max reps barbell push-ups (can only rest in up plank position) or regular push-ups or knee push-ups SCORE = round plus reps for AMRAP and total reps for FINISHER
