WOD: A. 5 sets of Power Clean Jerk Cluster 1.1.1 1 power clean to 1 hang clean (power or squat) to 1 jerk (split or push) E3MOM B. 3 rounds of a 4 minute AMRAP of: 7 ground to overhead 155/105 (50 and over 115/80) 11 C2B pull-ups (50 and over chin over bar) 2 minute rest between rounds Our January 101 starts TONIGHT at 715pm!
