Keith don’t play! This dude hit the ground running at CFHSV and it’s been awesome to watch. He’s got one speed and it’s NASCAR fast. He’s got a great attitude, he’s friendly, and willing to sell out every time he hears the word GO! Glad ya found us…keep showin out!

Keith! Finishing those HEAVY DB snatches with picture perfect form! Keith has only been with us a short time but he’s made a big impression. He’s strong and he’s got wings on his feet. To watch him float around the parking lot is truly unbelievable. Great guy and I’m glad he found us for his short stay in HSV!
