That’s a good looking team right there! Jason and Rick working hard while pushing each other. These are two top notch men who are nothing but easy going and pleasant in the gym. They are both motivated and consistent, too. It’s a good day when either of these gentlemen walk through the door! ☺️

That was one one tough WOD and these two handled it like they do everything. They took it in stride and gave what they had, and that’s how ya do it. They’re both high character individuals that improve anything they’re a part of. Glad y’all found CFHSV cause it’s a better gym with ya for sure. Nice work Jason and Rick, and way to bring the pain! That front rack hold is brutal and glad you both experienced it
