Milton, I am usually stretching while you are doing your workout. You get after it every day. I have also watched you improve too. You have gotten so much better. A lot of times I talk with Linda after your workout. And we both agree your coach is the meanest man we have ever seen. He does not cut you guys any slack, but that is probably why you are improving so much..
