Sprint AMRAPS: 2 minute AMRAP of: 3 deadlifts 135/95 or 115/80 4 power cleans 135/95 or 115/80 3 front squats 135/95 or 115/80 rest 2 minutes 2 minute AMRAP of: 3 burpees 4 power cleans 135/95 or 115/80 3 thrusters 135/95 or 115/80 rest 2 minutes, then repeat above sequence 1 more time Score = total reps for the four 2 minute AMRAPs
