I see ya Amy, and I see that bump for baby too! So happy for Amy and Brandon and their soon to be bundle. Amy is a real deal athlete and has been since she walk through that big garage door. She’s unassuming, easy going, soft spoken and kind for such a total bad ass. Another amazing CrossFitting mom to be representing for herself and soon to be baby. You rock Amy ?

Amy!! If you look closely, you might be able to tell that this CrossFit stud is about to have a sweet baby girl any day now! Amy has been consistent, hard working and driven since she first walked through our doors, and amazingly not one thing has changed these past nine months. This lady is an athlete through and through, and she has rocked pregnancy just like she does every WOD she tackles. So happy for Amy and Brandon and can't wait to hear of this sweet baby's arrival soon!!! :)

Amy!! This woman is an athlete! It’s amazing to watch her keep killing WODs while she’s already teaching that sweet baby what it’s like to stay healthy and fit! Such a great person and this whole family is another great addition to CFHSV! Can’t wait to meet the newest addition to the CF family!
