I performed both the row and deadlifts E3MOM for 4rds -
1st 3min - 1:43/280(7)
2nd 3min - 1:44/325(5)
3rd 3min - 1:48/375(3)
4th 3min - 1:51/425(1)
B: 6+2, RX w/T2B (spicy!!)
