- Great class Mandee/Kodi! Okay, confession...I was rather upset with 17.3. It attacked a major weakness of mine, the squat snatch. As we all know, weaknesses can be very frustrating! As upset as I was at the programmed wod for 17.3, it taught me a very valuable lesson regarding the Open. The Open challenges each and everyone of us to try new movements and to attack movements that are outside comfort zone. As discouraged as I was after 17.3, I came in this evening on a mission. The mission: Attack the squat snatch! After a few reps, a few tips and hitting my old PR which I've only hit once, over a year ago, I finally hit a 10# PR at 180#. So, as hard as it is to accept at times, remember, trust the process!
