What can I say about Carrie that doesn't already show through in this picture? I remember the day you bought that tank, after partnering in a wod at the beach... One tough lady to hang with, even on a vacation. Carrie has a way of making you into roadkill even when you're on the same team. Keep killing it, Killer.

Spent an hour on DUs today.... yesterday's Pr of 28 linked just went to 40.

I remember doing one of the open WODs by the bleachers near Carrie. All the spectators got to see both sides. They could see her demonstrate how it's done correctly and then they could watch me struggle with what not to do.
