Work on Weaknesses Day (DU):
A. 50 DU in 4:31 (actually an improvement)
B. 14:29 Scaled the DU to 20 Make/Misses
C. Completed Handstand holds and some walk progressions

I remember doing one of the open WODs by the bleachers near Carrie. All the spectators got to see both sides. They could see her demonstrate how it's done correctly and then they could watch me struggle with what not to do.
