Lawrence staring down that barbell about to attack! He’s a body weight beast but can move a heavy barbell better than most. He’s so consistent and it definitely has paid off. He’s laid back, funny, and has the most infectious smile! Keep it up Lawrence!

My man sizing up that barbell before gets another set in. Lawrence is the M-W-F Special! He’s a 6:15er for life. He’s a body weight ninja and usually does it strict. He can sling weight, travel through the air, and bike to the moon and back. He’s a heck of an athlete. He’s a hard worker in and out of the gym. Lawrence he’s laid back, easy to talk too, and has a contagious laugh. Keep up the grind dude…in and out of the gym!

Lawrence looking like a super hero, giving that barbell a good look before he gets back after it. This dude is a machine, probably because he’s one of the most consistent athletes in the gym. If it’s Monday, Wednesday or Friday, you can bet your paycheck that Lawrence will be at the 6:15pm class. He is so strong, and I know it, but yet I’m still often in awe when I see him moving a barbell the way he does. It’s awesome, he’s awesome, and so is his genuine and friendly disposition. You rock, stud…keep it up! 😄

Lawrence! Love this picture of the pause! That barbell has no idea who it’s messing with. Lawrence is a natural athlete and an awesome guy. He’s a regular at Friday night date night and always shows up with a smile on his face ready to throw down!
