Cool shot of a stud athlete doing his thing. Harris is solid as a rock under the barbell, super skilled in all gymnastics movements, floats on the box, and bounces up from burpees like he’s on a trampoline. This guy is truly fun to watch when he’s in his element, and the ease with which he moves is always impressive. He’s always on the hunt, and when he decides to attack, it’s quite a show. Keep showing out, Harris! 😃

Elbows up, hips below parallel, and chest up.. showing up and showing out per usual. Harris works just as hard outside of the gym as he does in it rather it be Crossfit related, his career, or being a dang good husband. Always bias but he’s everything good and I’m so blessed by him! Continue doing all the things and all the things well babe!
