Timothy holding court in the corner like the ring leader he is. Tim doesn’t mind the grind and even enjoys it. He’s strong and gotta engine that doesn’t quit. Tim loves his CrossFit, his buddies, and helping others, and it’s always good to see him in class to share some stories, laughs, and break a sweat. Keep the grind alive Timmy!

Tim holding down his spot in the back, working hard and staying fit. Tim is an experienced athlete, dedicated to his health and fitness, with years of training and lots of knowledge under his belt. He’s brutally honest and often has some choice words for the coaching staff 😅, but I like to think he actually really likes us and is a big softy at his core. ☺️ Tim is a stellar athlete, and he’s part of a great group who enjoys fitness and life together. Proud to have had Tim at CFHSV for so many years, and I hope he always calls it home. Stay the course, Tim.
