C: 5x10 back rack BB lunges @135# (from the floor, stationary, alternating, 5reps/leg)
- Wokring on weakness, lateral BB Burpees. Need to increase cardio capacity.

**Can’t believe I messed it up. Just got in the grind and did power cleans instead of Hang Power Clean.

Trying real hard to stay slow, light and consistent to build and rehab the knee back to strength.
