* I know that 20RM has big impact on wod score today and wish I couldโ€™ve participated. My back is hit or miss these days and it missed today. BIG shout out to those you tackled the 20RM Back Squat as itโ€™s one of the elite measures of CrossFit-ness in our world and itโ€™s as brutal as anything we do as CrossFitters. Keep Rollin CFHSV!
