WOD: With a continuously running clock for best times: 0:00 - 4:00 - 2oom run to 7 SDHP to 200m run to 7 hang power snatch 4:00 - 10:00 - 11 SDHP to 400m run to 11 hang power snatch 10:00 - 14:00 - 200m run to 7 power snatch to 200m run to 7 hang power snatch 14:00 - 20:00 - 11 power snatch to 600m run to 11 hang power snatch 20:00 - 24:00 - 200m run to 7 SDHP to 200m run to 7 hang power snatch At the 24:00 minute mark, complete the following for time: 11 SDHP 800m run 11 hang power snatch Loads = RX 95/65 RX+ 115/80 MRX 75/55 BARBELLS FOR BOOBS! Just for a test, was able to work through some Barbell Club Squat Snatch work. It was with bar and only 65lbs, but it is slowly coming back. Very slowly, but coming.
