The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals or 4min. *This is 28 minutes worth of Tabata training and 12min rest for a total of 40min.

HALLOWEEN SCHEDULE

We will have regularly scheduled classes from 5am - 3:15pm.

The 4:15pm, 5:15pm and 6:15pm classes are canceled.

We will NOT have afternoon childcare for the 3:15pm class.

David in the zone and working hard as always! David has been a stand up guy since joining us, and he’s stayed steady and consistent in attitude and effort. He’s not afraid to ask questions in order to make sure he understands and gets it right, and he’s been dedicated to form and technique every step of the way. He’s always polite and genuine, and certainly a great addition to our CFHSV community. Way to be David, keep it up! 😃

David! Focused and rowing that boat! This guy has been all in since the day he walked through the door. He’s extremely coachable and makes adjustments when needed. He’s a great athlete which has made his transition into CrossFit very smooth. He’s a great addition to the CFHSV family, so I’m glad he found us!
