Lindsey, head down and focused, quietly putting in work like she's been doing for years. This lady is full of determination and grit, all wrapped up with a laid back, easy going bow. She's mean when it comes to a WOD, always pushing herself and challenging her limits. Lindsey is quick witted and has a sneaky sense of humor that is unique and endearing. My girl Lindsey J is too smooth. She’s a pro with the barbell and can cycle it with the best of them. She’s continued to work her gymnastics and she’s now a butterfly on the pull up bar. She’s got the engine, stamina, and endurance for R&E. Lindsey is CrossFit! Keep up the grind young homegirl 😊
