High skilled Gayli showin out! This young lady is skilled like a ninja to the highest degree. Gayli can do just about any and everything in the gym. On any given day she can give a score that’s scaled, RX+, modified, RX, or even a ‘smiley face’ from time to time. She’s a seasoned CrossFitter that came with a gymnastics background. She’s smart and takes what the WOD gives her so that she can show up the next day. She’s also high in character, friendly and respectful, and makes any class better with her presence. Keep showin out young lady 😊

Gayli showing off those gymnastics roots and all the skills that a lifetime of fitness bring! This lady is steadfast and consistent in both training and character. She's a well rounded CrossFitter who never ceases to impress with both strength and skill. She's got an easy way about her, and she's always friendly and kind to those around her. She's a devoted mom and a hard working lady, but she keeps fitness a priority even amidst a busy life. Always a pleasure to have Gayli in class! Keep after it :)
