B) 147 reps before cutoff, scaled ring dips to banded and then parallette w/elevated feet after banded failed me

I loathe bench press. I think I'd rather do burpees.

A. 65# across, 6 full sets
B. Scaled 14:30 (banded chest to bar, parallette) - I might not be able to lift my arms above my head for the rest of the day. Tough WOD.
