Warm-up:
10 minutes of double-under work. Then, for 4 minutes: 20 double-unders, 50 foot bear-crawl, 5 push-ups
Workout:
Five rounds for time of:
10 Wall climbs
10 Toes to bar
20 Box jumps, 24" box
For the wall climbs, start with your toes and chest on the deck, walk your feet up the wall until your chest touches the wall, and then descend back to the original position.

Since I'm trying to stick with mainsite and share in your pain, I also did 50 of these wall-climbs (untimed). 20 before class, and the rest after I got home. It was a killer - by the end, I felt like I was bracing for a PR lift just to keep from falling on my head.
