Larry smoked this one. Bummed I didn't get at least a sub-8. Struggled to get momentum to walk forward, would literally get stuck in the handstand position and felt like I could have sat there for 5 mintues. I think I even tried kicking my legs like I was on a bicycle a few times. Nothing seemed to work, could only link 3-4 steps. Very frustrating. But I would have loved to hear the thoughts of the passerbys as we were handstand walking and bear crawing in the field this morning. :)

Glad Tracey gave us the time to do this one rx'd. This is a skill that needed some practice. Feel much better with handstands now.

Made up the Backsquat/Ropeclimb WOD this afternoon.

29:39, I subbed towel knees to elbows for the rope climbs 5 per climb. This was a beast.
