10 Chest to bar pull-ups
20 Double-unders

Stellar Justin. You must be working it right. It is always a beautiful thing to see 3 PRs out of 4 events. Especially when you get PRs on 2 of the big 3 lifts.

Nice work! I knew I should have come in. I finished my track workout (3 x 1.0 mi @ 6:44 pace, 1:00 rest) just before 6 and almost came in but decided not to because I didn't want to punk out on the DWOD. If only I had known it was only going to be a SWOD... :)

Great 0700 class. So good to see so many people I usually only get to see occasionally.

14:13 w/165#, went half reps at 5th set and did ring pulls and quad-ped push-ups. D/Us went farely well.

Russell, thanks for the bumper plate tip..really saved the back on DLs!

I'd say we missed Jake today but it wouldn't matter to him because he's partial to the 0600 class.

I got lost in the double unders. 6-ish rounds @ the cutoff. it's amazing how hard v-pushups can be.

then
5/3/1 Bench Deload Week 95(5)-115(5)-135(5)
then
WOD: 26:24 Rx wts, reps and rds except: Parallette HSPU and 100 SU The SU's were the bottle neck.
then
1 mile cool down run (working the goat)
Active stretch, trigger point and foam rolling.
