Got to lift with Dr. Lowe this morning (the non-Death Race version), who was displaying some fine technique in the overhead series and putting me to shame!

For those of you with kids (even babies), have you heard about this "crossfit mom approved" swimming program? There is an instructor here in HSV that does it, check it out!

AJ, I have personally experienced this program with my youngest child who was terrified of the water. We got to see a 6 month old baby on his last day of this program in his clothes, diaper, shoes and all propped up on the side of the pool by the instructor and fall in and turn himself over onto his back to float. It was gut wrenching to watch but was amazing to see the success of this program. It was worth every penny we spent, and I highly encourage every parent to look into it.:)

Got 1 push press and 1 push jerk at 140, but that got heavy fast! I think that is a PR on push press though.
