Warm-up: 5-10 Minutes of Kettlebell warm up drills Workout: "Tyler" Five rounds for time of: 7 Muscle-ups 95 pound Sumo-deadlift high-pull, 21 reps Post time to comments. 1LT Tyler E. Parten, 24, of Arkansas, died Sept. 10 in Konar province, Afghanistan, of wounds sustained when insurgents attacked his unit using rocket-propelled grenades and small arms fire. He was assigned to the 3rd Squadron, 61st Cavalry Regiment, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, Fort Carson, Colorado.
Powerlifting:
A1. Shoulder Press 5 x 4-5 reps @21x1; Rest 3:00
A2. Deadlift 5 x 4-5 reps @11x1; Rest 3:00
B1. Kettlebell bottoms up 3 x 10-12 reps @20x0; Rest 1:00
B2. Barbell Good mornings 3 x 8-10 reps @2121; Rest 1:00
C. Strict Toes to Bar 3 x 10; Rest as needed in between sets.

I was able to work on two of my weakness moves while battling for TYLER.

4 sets max reps bodyweight(75%)= 110#=8/6/8/8.
arms are shot.
