WOD: A. Power Snatch to OHS to Hang Squat Snatch Complex E2MOM for 5 sets B. Complete the following for time of: 200m run 10 power snatch 105/70 RX+ 135/95 (55 and over 85/60) 20 back squats 105/70 RX+ 135/95 (55 and over 85/60) 400m run 8 power snatch 105/70 RX+ 135/95 (55 and over 85/60) 16 back squats 105/70 RX+ 135/95 (55 and over 85/60) 600m run 6 power snatch 105/70 RX+ 135/95 (55 and over 85/60) 12 back squats 105/70 RX+ 135/95 (55 and over 85/60) 800m run 4 power snatch 105/70 RX+ 135/95 (55 and over 85/60) 8 back squats 105/70 RX+ 135/95 (55 and over 85/60) All classes are canceled this Sunday, April 5th in observance of Easter.
