Could not catch my brother on this one. Push-ups were the difference maker. Sets of 15 are faster than sets of 3. Nice work Dan!

Push ups... sets of 1. Yep, singles from 10-50. This gave me quite a while to reflect on my relationship with push ups. We are definitely breaking up.

I would have done 180 on Strict Press but I was working out with Paul McCrary and he said, "I didn't come back here to share a rack with 'big baby!'
These folks even ran a mile after the WOD. And they were talking while they were running?!?!
