Thought this was good from Mark's Daily Apple! Nice WOD today; although, burpee-ing on my hips to avoid burpee-ing on my baby is getting interesting!

Thanks for the link Kristen. I am still pretty sore from Monday's Thrusters and back squats! (My kids enjoy watching Mom walk funny.) I am eating clean, but still taking too long to recover... Maybe it's my old age!
