He’s a Stark…nuff said. Jim is the man. He’s got a non-stop engine and shows up 8 days a week. On Sunday’s he rides his bike to the gym, goes hard, and rides back home. Jim has really grown a lot in his overall abilities since joining. He’s always in the front of class politely kicking everyone’s ass. He’s an exceptional man in character and always there for someone who needs help, an ear to listen, or friendly conversation. We think the world of Jim and his family and CFHSV got a good one when he joined. Nice job climbing that rope and everything else you do brother!

Hey now! Jim climbing that rope legless and showing off his strength, grit and determination. This man is a gem and he’s been making an impression since he first joined us many years ago. He’s quiet but very present, and always has kind and encouraging words to share. He has made remarkable gains in all areas of his fitness, all of which are direct results of his commitment to his health and his consistency in training.
