Scott P with the solid lockout! Scott consistently shows up before dawn motivated and ready to work. He’s come a long way in all areas of his fitness, and it’s awesome to see him moving well and showing off his improved strength and skill every time he walks through the doors. He’s works hard, enjoys the camaraderie of class, and is always pleasant and friendly. Keep showing up and showing out, Scott! 😄

Scotty! Scott doin what he does…showing up and putting in work. Scott is dedicated to his health and overall fitness and his attendance to the 5am is proof. He’s also got the results of his continued growth and maintenance of strength and conditioning on his side. It’s always good to see Scott with his crew having fun sharing stories and jokes before and after they throw down. He’s a high character individual who can also be a character…keep it up Scott!

Scott! Finally getting a rare glimpse of a 5am athlete in action! This guy is a great athlete who consistently shows up in the early morning hours to throw down. No matter what the weather is, he’s not afraid to run out those back doors. Scott has a great attitude and is always smiling and joking with those around him. Awesome guy that definitely makes CFHSV a better place!
