CFHV Annual 12 Days of Christmas WOD! 1 power snatch 95/65 2 thrusters 95/65 3 sumo deadlift high pull 95/65 4 barbell push-ups 95/65 5 KBS 32kg/24kg/16kg 6 box jumps 24"/20" 7 pull-ups 8 toes to bar 9 WBS 20/14 10 deadlifts 95/65 11 hang power clean 95/65 12 barbell burpees *You move through the workout using the same format as the song. Complete 1 power snatch; then 2 thrusters, 1 power snatch; then 3 SDHP, 2 thrusters, 1 power snatch. Time stops when you finish all 12 exercises. REMINDER: We have THREE classes today: 8am, 915am, and 1030am. All other classes are canceled. Please sign up on MBO!

Merry Christmas Eve CFHSV, I truly hope you enjoy this CFHSV Annual WOD. While I love your competitiveness and drive to prevail. Remember enjoy yourself, your friends, fellow athletes, coaches and CrossFit when performing this WOD. It is a fun yet tough WOD, just the way you like it.

To all of the CFHSV Coaches:
Because a trainer cared an older lady was able to pick up and hug her granddaughter. Because a trainer cared, a guy got promoted because he had new confidence in his body. Because a trainer cared, a couple had sex and for the first time in a long time felt good about taking off their clothes in the light. Because a trainer cared a woman rode her bike with her daughter for a half an hour. People, when you are tired, hungry and had enough of all your clients, remember that because a trainer cared the world is a much better place and because you care you are helping change the world one client at a time. You made a difference in 2014.

This was my first year that work allowed me to join in on the fun. This was a tough one but a ton of fun and now I have something to beat next year.

Thank you to everyone who makes CFHSV the best gym I've ever been a part of, a family.
