I appreciate the coaching from Bradley today, the push from Bobby and Dave during the WOD, and TJ on the motivation on the squats and the influence to finish the WOD.

Special shout out to Maude who threw down one last time with the 11:30 crew. Maude showed us all what can be possible when you adhere to the “Hierarchy of the Development of an Athlete” by prioritizing nutrition first. And what a joy to see her experience some of the greatest physical change of anyone who has been part of our community. Just seeing Maude attack her weaknesses before and after class made me want to be better. So good luck Maude! I’ll miss your Excellence in the box. Show San Francisco that CFHSV knows how to pay the bills!
