WOD: A. OHS 6 - 4 - 2 - 2 - max reps @ 80% B. 10 minute AMRAP of: 12 power snatch 75/55 12 WBS 20/14 10' "Finisher" As soon as the AMRAP is complete 5 minutes to establish a 1RM snatch (power or squat)
