Due to the weather forecast, we will be canceling the 5am, 6am, 7am and 815am classes as well as the 415pm, 515pm, rowing and 615pm classes today. We WILL have the 915am, 1130am and 315pm classes. A. Jerk (split or power): 3-2-1-1-1 E2MOM B. Complete the following for time of: Buy In: 30 burpees Then, 3 rounds of: 1 rope climb 15' 10 power snatch 75/55 10 front squats 75/55 10 shoulder to overhead 75/55 Cash Out: 30 burpees CFHSV Running & Endurance ROWING WOD: A. 10 x 100m @ 22-24 spm / 1 minute easy B. 5k time trial C. 1k time trial meet at CFHSV at 6pm Due to the weather forecast, we will be canceling the 5am, 6am, 7am and 815am classes as well as the 415pm, 515pm, Rowing, and 615pm classes today. Pays to pay attention to the wod instructions. Thought it was 4 rounds and did 1 rope climb and 6 power snatches before DB and Mandee asked what I was doing…DOH! ;)
