Kristen! It has been so much fun to watch this girl change from a nervous spectator in the bleachers to a confident CrossFit athlete! She has steadily gained strength, skills and confidence. She always brings a smile and great attitude to every WOD. She asks for feedback and is always working a weakness and it shows!
