35:02 - Two Scales
1. Reduced to 25 knees to elbow - or I would STILL be there finishing those things, jeez

The only other time I've done this workout Rx was on 08/29/2014 - 36:54. I feel like this is a testament to the awesome programming at CFHSV that produces measurable speed and strength gains.
