WOD: "TITLE Fight Gone Bad" 5 rounds for max reps in 1 minute of: WBS 20/14 10' SDHP 75/55 Box Jumps 20" Push Press 75/55 Row for calories Only 1 minute rest between rounds Rules: In this workout, you move from each of five stations after one minute. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one minute break is allowed before repeating. On the call of "rotate", the athletes must move to the next station immediately for the best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point. Total score is points for all 5 rounds This is HARD and TOUGH and will make you commit to start the year off CHALLENGING!! REMINDER: We will only have one class today at 10am. Fabulous job to everyone who fought The Title Fight today. 5 rounds of Fight Gone Bad takes strength, endurance, and heart. The gym was full of hard core athletes/fighters today and it was awesome to watch! Happy New Year to all of you and your families.
