WOD: A. Snatch Technique Training: EMOM x 5 minutes 1 power snatch + 1 snatch balance + 1 hang squat snatch rest 3 minutes, adjust weights EMOM x 5 minutes 1 power snatch + 1 hang squat snatch B. 4 sprint rounds AFAP for time: 5 over the bar burpee 5 squat snatch 75/55 or 95/65 or 115/80 or 135/95 50 double unders or 25 over the bar ski mogul jumps 5 hang power snatch rest exactly 2 minutes between each round Score = total time minus 6 minutes and each round's individual time

I am sharing this not to brag but to encourage those who struggle with any movement. KEEP TRYING, it might not be today and it might not be in four years but one day you will accomplish that movement or that goal.

B. Now I did the WOD but did 10 PS instead of 5. If you look at my splits it is a great indicator to show that my Strength Endurance and ability to recover is severely compromised☹
