Looking for a great post-WOD / recovery drink. Currently it's chocolate milk (when I remember to run to the store after). Any suggestions?

I may post this a few times and would appreciate others to help me get this around. I left a gray hoodie, black toboggan, and gloves along the wall a few weeks ago. I went to the lost and found and found everything but my hoodie. The hoodie has lots of meaning to me. It has Camp Beuring, Kuwait, says Wolfeezy on front left side. Punisher patch on right shoulder and a patch on left dedicated to Spc Adrian Avila which is what makes this hoodie special to me. If you see it or know anything about it, please help me get it back. Thank you.

Progenex is a great choice. David you can also combine a Hydrolised protein powder with some waxy maize or any sort of good carbohydrate transport choice to get good post WOD nutrition. This is a cheaper method but virtually the same. You will just need a shaker and to prep before you come to class and grab out of the freezer. I have tried both methods and several others. Next time I see you at the gym I will explain all of them to you.

625 Rx'd- Partnered with Casey(Fella is strong), who's usually in the 0700 class. I've been out with the flu bug for about two weeks. I wouldn't recommend coming back on this particular WOD!! I felt weak, winded, you name it. Thanks Casey(I hope I'm spelling your name right) for carrying us!! Maybe I'll get to partner with you on this WOD again when I'm 100%.
