CrossFit Lift Off WOD: A. In 12 minutes, build up to a 1RM snatch rest 3 minutes B. B. 235, this one I was happy with but it too could use some tightening up because it wasn't pretty
C. 4+16 or 304 reps, this was a big improvement compared to when I competed in the CrossFit Liftoff earlier and scored 3+33 or 248 reps!

165-tried 175 about 7 times. Ha
225-cleaned 235 four times but could not jerk. Ha
4+6rx butterfly c2b. Ha. Maybe the first round. After that it was hang on for dear life.

B: 175 ( missed 195 on 5 tries, time ran out , strength was not there)
