Now that’s one sweet Stud Muffin right there. Carolyn is the real deal. She’s as hard working as anyone at CFHSV and continues to push herself in every area. I can always count on Carolyn to shoot me some encouraging words as the coaches do our best to throw down and keep up with CFHSV athletes during our open gym training sessions. Thanks Carolyn!

Carolyn has always worked hard in the gym. You can always notice who is putting in extra work and not talking about it. That is Carolyn. When I get back to working out. You better have a bar muscle up. You got about 3 more months. No excuses.
