CrossFit - endurance rocks!! Thank you Aaron for taking this wonderful (we are not whiny) group of people and turning us into runners!! I think everyone increased in time 1-2 minutes runnig time trial tonight since first of May! Great work everyone!! Choo-choo!!

Yeah I think everybody hit a PR tonight on the mile run. I'm so close to sub 9. I'll get it next time! I even got a PR on the first 400m run as well. Those plank holds were just cruel though.

Tonight was great! I am thoroughly impressed with our endurance class- I was never a good runner until this and now I am actually setting a PR and clocked the fastest time in class tonight.
