WOD: A. In 9 minutes, build up to a 1RM Squat Snatch B. In 7 minutes, build up to a 1RM Power Clean "Three Wise Men" Veteran's Day Tribute "Jeremy" 4 minute AMRAP of: 5 hang squat snatch 135/95 RX+ 185/125 10 over the bar burpees rest 2 minutes, then "Ben" 4 minute AMRAP of: 10 power clean 135/95 RX+ 185/125 20 pull-ups rest 2 minutes, then "Beau" 4 minute AMRAP of: 15 box jump overs 24"/20" 30 WBS 20/14 10'/9' We will have ALL regularly scheduled classes as well as childcare. The Three Wise Men Tribute aims to raise funds to provide entrepreneurship training, mentoring, and support for veterans who are interested in starting their own business. Veterans make great entrepreneurs but need help and assistance getting started on the path to a healthy and productive civilian life. they require a sense of purpose that comes with meaningful employment and good paying jobs. The Three Wise Men Veterans Day Tribute launched a national movement to bring communities together on Veterans Day to honor those who survived their combat experience but have come home and are struggling. To honor these veterans, we asked individuals to participate in a tribute workout in their home gyms across the country on Wednesday, November 11th.
