If it wasn’t for Tim we’d all have cricks in our necks and walk around like we’re 100 years old! Tim is one of the most shredded dudes I’ve ever met. Also he is super cool, super smart, and maybe a 7 out of 10 funny.

It’s easy to catch a photo of this guy working hard and moving well. Tim is a natural athlete whose commitment to his health and fitness is inspiring. He’s also commited to helping others feel and move better, and is always willing to help anyone in need. Way to be Tim ?

Thank you all for the kind words- CFHSV is a sanctuary of bad ass coaches, athletes, and hard work and I'm blessed to be a part of it. I could never give back as much as I gain but I'll never stop trying. Now if I can only get my F'n cussin and rope throwing under control...
