That’s some depth and focus by Harry. Harry grabbed the bull by the horns when he joined CFHSV and hasn’t let go yet. He’s been consistent and he’s consistently made progress. It’s been awesome to watch. Harry is humble, polite, hard working, and obviously a great guy. He loves to tackle big weight, grind through WODs, and chase down those gains. Harry has also been chosen to be apart of the only elite class CFHSV offers - The 7am - keep representing Stud!

Harry dialed in and setting his sight on big things. The progress and gains this guy has made cannot be overstated. He has made a complete transformation with his health and fitness, and it’s been nothing short of inspiring to watch. Harry is dedicated, committed and highly motivated to achieve his goals. He trains hard, pushes his limits, and never backs down from a challenge. He’s kind, friendly and always pleasant to everyone, and he’s become a staple of the 7am crew. Keep working hard, Harry!
