Always an inspiration. I always use Courtney as a great example of being a strong athlete and having heart. I'm still new to Crossfit and many of my friends ask me how I like it.... and of course I'm always pushing them to give it a shot because it's life changing and really makes a huge difference in feeling healthier. Unfortunately so many people just make excuses. I find it amusing when they say there aren't in shape enough to start. Then I got to Facebook and say check out this awesome athlete... what's your excuse now? This supermom doesn't just show up and lift the bar a couple times, she kills it every work out!
