WOD: "Angie" For time, Complete all of each exercise before moving to the next: 100 pull-ups 100 push-ups 100 sit-ups (ab0mat, un-anchored) 100 squats REMINDER: We will have classes today at 6am, 7am, 815am, 915am and 1130am only. The 5am and all afternoon classes are canceled.
