Squat cleans 185-205-215-225(f)-225 (ugly receiving, but I will take this post surgery hit)
1050 meter @185# My motor is in serious need of a tune-up.

Today was a very inspiring day to coach CFHSV athletes as they are so kind, considerate and helpful towards each other. Your flexibility in the WOD, helping each other clean up, and pushing each other respectfully has already made my Thanksgiving.

Coach DB ain't about that new hybrid, electric stuff. He runs on pure OCTANE. That motor just hasn't been cranked in a while is all.
